How much it has to be the quality of an image to recognize the text?

I need to recognize photos like this one, And I need it in the cloud, so I tried ocrsdk.

I used the demo but it doesn't recognize all the text I need, and the quality of the photos that I'm going to recognize is even worst.

What can I use for an excellent recognition. I really need an almost perfect recognition because of the data I need.

Unfortunately, we cannot load the image by link: an error occurs. We have the following source image recommendations: . Also if you specify the coordinates of short text fragments directly (field-level recognition; field size should be less than 50 symbols), the recognition quality is always better.
