I use the ABBYY cloud OCR but it does not scan the image having partitioned frames. it scans the image which is available on documentation where the considerations of text is written

Can you please share with us some examples of such images? Please send it to cloudocrsdk@abbyy.com. In case you are trying to recognize hand-printed characters you need to use filed-level recognition, processFields of processTextField methods for example. Please have a look on the description of this method at our API description.
