it is a 1 page document by the way...
still not working. not sure if the service is down today or not.
It's not down, just fails to process tasks as fast as you expect. Since this question arises quite often could you please share what delay you consider permissible for your usecase?
I would expect some consistency. I did get some fast times, under one minute for one page. However, 30 minutes to ocr one page seems like something is wrong. It is a great service, I just wish it were more consistent with the processing time. Thanks.
I see your concern. Times will always vary. We will work to reduce maximum delays, but since there're many users with unpredictable usage patterns using the service simultaneously the delays will always vary.
