Integration with my product and the cloud ocr webservice has been working for the past couple of weeks. All of a sudden last week started to receive 401 Authorization issues.
I've reset our application password but still receive the same error. Verified that traffic is not being intercepted by our proxy or firewall.
First, you should make sure that the request has the correct header and body. Please check that you're using right Application ID and Application Password. Keep in mind that capitalization and whitespaces matter. You can use HTTP debugger for this task (Fiddler or any other that is suitable for your platform).
Also if you’re sure that the credentials are correct, try to reset your Application Password via the Application settings once again.
