I'm using processImage which worked fine until today. Now this exception occurs when I try to upload and process a file. Have there been any changes I have to adapt my application to?

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Katharina

Hi, Did you fixed it? can you please share

That message means that the client program doesn’t want to trust the SSL certificate of cloud.ocrsdk.com. The reason of this behavior is that our developers changed the certificate with a new expiration date on Monday. So, you should adjust your Java application to trust this new certification.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
