I create several regions using this code:

CSafePtr<ILayoutBlocks> regions;
CheckResult(layout->get_Blocks(&regions));
CheckResult(regions->DeleteAll());
for (int ii = 0; ii < n; ii++) {
    const RECT& r = rects[ii];
    CSafePtr<IRegion> region;
    CheckResult(engine->CreateRegion(&region));
    CheckResult(region->AddRect(r.left, r.top, r.right, r.bottom));
    CSafePtr<IBlock> result;
    CheckResult(regions->AddNew(BT_Text, region, ii, &result));
}

Is it possible to specify a custom charset for each region? Different regions might have a different charset.
