Hello,

When enabling Field-Level Recognition scenario, I found that when the character confidence equals 0, the character is skipped. Is it possible to assign a default value every time it really can't detect/guess anything?

If not, could you suggest me an alternative? bearing in mind that the characters positions and their corresponding confidences play an important role in my OCR response.

Thank you for you help!

Could you please specify what product you use and send your sample image to Cloudocrsdk@abbyy.com to let us reproduce the issue on our side?
