I'm trying to submit an image through a simple webform to the PHP and/or Node code samples for the Cloud OCR SDK, and then send ABBYY's output to another API. Need this fixed ASAP, trying to deploy a prototype today… Please help:

When I run the PHP code sample, I get an untraceable, undocumented error: Unsupported Image File Format

When I run the Node code sample, I get a nonsemantic, undocumented error during the uploadCompleted function: [object Object] (which is a string whose primitive is, literally, "[object Object]")

Seems like a problem on ABBYY's end, not with implementation…? Need this fixed ASAP, trying to deploy a prototype today. Please help!
