I have been searching for a solution that would allow me to scan 100 or so PDF documents and extract the few pieces of data like invoice number, shipping carrier, and tracking number and put it into a single table of three columns for the values and each row to represent one of the 100 PDF's. The goal is to read this data and produce an upload excel document to inport the tracking information. Can anyone tell me if this is possible and what software I would need?

Thanks in advance
