Hello everybody,

I would like to create a searchable PDF with syriac characters. I need to recognize them by OCR. I have ABBYY FineReader 12. Do you think it could be possible?

Thank you very much !

Unfortunately, the Syriac language is not supported by ABBYY OCR technologies. You can find a list of all supported recognition languages here.

Is it going to be developped in the future?

Unfortunately, so far there are no plans to support the Syriac language.
