As it is written in our documentation, if there is not enough money on your account, the task will be created, but will be suspended with NotEnoughCredits status.

According to the Cloud OCR SDK database, your account has two registered applications:

1) Application ID: LicencePlXXX
   Balance: 0 pages

2) Application ID: Project_mXXXX
   Balance: 29 pages
   Expires: 07 March 2017

Possibly you used the credentials of the first application with zero balance. So, please try to use the second application for your tests.

thank you Oksana Serdyuk for your reply. Yes i realized it later that i was using first application credentials. Its working now. But I have one more query. Currently i have registered with free trail account and i want to know how long will i be able to use the second application ID?? Currently it shows 29 pages balance means, i will be able to process only next 29 pages and after that i will be asked to pay? or i can use it till march 2017?

It means that you can recognize 29 pages, and these pages are available till March 2017, after this period the pages will expire.

After evaluating the service, if you are going to continue using Cloud OCR SDK, you should purchase as much pages as you need on this page.

Also you can take part in our campaign "OCR for Free" and get a subscription for 100 pages per month. In order to participate you should share your experience by clicking one of the buttons "Share on …" at the Get Free tab of your User Console. Then 100 free pages should be automatically added to the balance of your application.
