We submitted a file last week and it worked fine. Same file submitted this week is not working. What can we do? It is a PDF file.

To investigate the issue, please specify the following information:
• Do we understand correctly that the issue depends on the certain PDF file? Kindly send this file to CloudOCRSDK@abbyy.com?
• Please specify what processing settings you use.
• If it is possible, send us the logs from any HTTP debugger (such as Fiddler or Wireshark).
