Why are password and user name not sent?

It says that the id and password were sent to the email but I have not received any. Is this some scam to force me to pay for scans/ocr runs without getting a free trial?

We are very sorry for possible inconvenience caused by temporary technical reasons - because of it you did not receive a letter with ApplicaitonID and the password for it.

There is no any scam at all :) Once you have registered new application in our Cloud OCR SDK you get 50 free pages at once. In order to receive the letter with ApplicationID and password please reset the application password.
