First, you should make sure that the request has the correct header and body. Please check that you're using right Application ID and Application Password. Keep in mind that capitalization and whitespaces matter. You can use HTTP debugger for this task (Fiddler or any other that is suitable for your platform).
Also if you’re sure that the credentials are correct, try to reset your Application Password via the Application settings once again.
If the above doesn't help, please send the following information to Cloudocrsdk@abbyy.com:
- the piece of your code where you perform authentication with the Application ID and Application password credentials,
- logs from any HTTP debugger.
