Hi,

After referring to the Quick start guide of cloud OCR SDK, I uploaded an image using the Process Image API method and checked the status using Get task status method. I got the following response for Get task status -

task id="9f6360c4-ff54-4f14-be3e-28d1a96e9eb9" registrationTime="2015-11-30T05:22:14Z" statusChangeTime="2015-11-30T05:22:22Z" status="Completed" filesCount="1" credits="5" resultUrl="https://ocrsdk.blob.core.windows.net/files/9f6360c4-ff54-4f14-be3e-28d1a96e9eb9.result?sv=2012-02-12&se=2015-11-30T15%3A00%3A00Z&sr=b&si=downloadResults&sig=ianx%2FF8bDxsZ7HYqX0hF%2Brikbdm5p2NsPCzJjbOK9sI%3D"

As per the tutorial, I tried to fetch and download the Image using Fiddler (tool) and the URL was as followed - https://ocrsdk.blob.core.windows.net/files/9f6360c4-ff54-4f14-be3e-28d1a96e9eb9.result

With Authorization header i get "Authorization issue" and without Authorization header i get "Resource not found exception" Please guide me to tackle this issue.

Regards, Nayan Parekh

I have this weird feeling, I'm having the same issue here: http://forum.ocrsdk.com/questions/5189/ocr-api-result-url-authentication-failure

Are you also getting:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<Error>
    <Code>InvalidAuthenticationInfo</Code>
    <Message>Authentication information is not given in the correct format. Check the value of Authorization header.
RequestId:19048c46-0001-000f-5576-2b1fec000000
Time:2015-11-30T13:56:28.6142735Z</Message>
</Error>

Following is the error message i get when Authorization issue occurs, 403 - "Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature."

Hi Nayan_32 and lordgreg,

Would you kindly send to Cloudocrsdk@abbyy.com your logs from Fiddler debugger? The logs should include the headers, request content and the answer. I will show them to our developers for clarification of your issues.
