Hi I received 100 pages per month for participation in your action. However my license was expired in May 2015 and was not reactivated so I receive authentication error when I try to connect to ocr service using this license. What should I do to reactivate it?

According to our database, you have been awarded with a subscription for 100 free pages per month. The subscription does not extend the prepaid package usage period. As your account has no actual purchased packages, the expiration time has not changed. However you can use these 100 pages per month without time limitations.
As for the authentication error, please check whether you have specified correctly your Application ID and Application Password. Also the issue can occurs because some extra symbols (like space) were copied with the password. In case everything is correct, try to reset the application password.
Okey, I figured out where the problem was. New Client use b64encode instead of encodestring to encode headers and I used old code version.
I have also the 100 free pages a month but it now stopped working: the result of

BUT, when I log in to the Dashboard it shows 100 pages / 500 fields. However my script returns with "
Not enough credits to process the document. Please add more pages to your application's account."
According to our database, you have already used all 100 pages in this month. The balance of your Application will be supplemented by up to 100 on the date of your subscription every month. Please see Billing Terms for more details.
But why does the dashboard shows 100 pages / 500 fields available and the getApplicationInfo shows 0? How can I find out what the date of my subscription is?
I have found 3 registered accounts for your e-mail and 4 different applications. Could you please specify what Application ID we are speaking about?
There was an issue in the algorithm which should supplement 100 pages. The developers have fixed the issue. Now the balance of your application is 100 pages and you can use them.
