Http 500 response from /processImage

Starting receiving 500s from the /processImage endpoint as of approximately 11:10am US EST. Nothing in our code has changed so I'm hoping this could be looked into on the ABBYY side ASAP.

Dear all,

We are extremely sorry for the delay in our response due to the state holidays in Russia.

According to our monitoring system, there was a significant slowdown of the database beginning from 16:15 and 20:45 GMT on February 20, 2016. The slowdown was triggered by the change of the performance level after some service maintenance. The Microsoft support team have informed us that there were some problems connected with the service scalability process. Now the service is operating normally and we do not have any downtime reports.
