I've been waiting for over an hour to receive my password. I even reset it online and haven't received anything (yes I checked my spam folder).
Still waiting for password!

Could you please send your Application ID from the e-mail on which your account is registered to CloudOCRSDK@abbyy.com?
This is strange. We've checked email sending - it works okay on our side and for example I can reset my application password no problem.
