Enlarged pdf returned from the service, which results in missing parts

I am using as outputformat pdfSearchable. Unfortunately the pdf which is returned is enlarged. The right part of the pdf is missing. 

Attached are the pdf which is sent to the service (test.pdf) and which is returned from the service (processed.pdf). The right side is missing.

Is there a setting which prevents this from happening?

Thank you for the provided information, using which the issue was reproduced on our side. I've sent the bug report to the R&D Department of our company and I am waiting for their comments about the issue.

Hello Patrick!

I'm extremely sorry for a long silence.

Fortunately, the developers managed to find out the cause of the issue and find what workaround you can use. According to our tests, the issue is connected with the automatic distortion correction. As you process scanned PDF documents, i.e. not photos, we recommend to use the imageSource parameter with the scanner value for the processImage method. In this case some types of geometrical distortion is not performed, and for your particular document this works well.

I've attached my output for your PDF document which was generated with this setting.
