Here is my challenge: On a daily basis I receive upwards of 70K pdf files which all contain multiple pages with pre-inked fields and additional fields for the clients to fill in if they have additional information.

I would like to separate the (clients) inbound forms by 'no handwriting' & 'handwriting in specific fields' then move to destination folders. Anyone in this forum works within a similar practical application?

The solution must be able to distinguish pre-print from hand writing and then sort into a folder destination automatically as described above.
