Hello good people, 

Here's the problem I'm trying to solve. 

I would like to extract the columns of text in the "DESCRIPTION" columns (2 for each schedule, for a total of 18 on the attached .pdf) save it all to one column of one spreadsheet. 

Ideally, I could upload the .pdf, to some web service, draw a box around the text I'd like to extract and the service does the rest.  I've been looking most of the afternoon, but am surprised I can't find it. 

I'm happy to pay a per use, or subscription fee; I just need to find a solution to this problem.  

Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
